Colin Dewe - Black

The photographs in this exhibition have the common element of a solid black background.

The little bird was brought to me by my grand-daughter when it fell out of the sky as she walked over to my cottage and she asked me to photograph it for her, and we decided on the dark background to represent the end of life.

The rest of the images were conceived from there with most having a strong graphical influence.
